Upload the FreshBooks invoice and the IDIcore report. AI reads both and fills the form automatically.

Review & Submit

Verify the auto-filled fields, adjust the confidence score, add any notes, then hit Submit.

System Does the Rest

The data goes to the Sheet, the SMS is generated automatically, and RingCentral sends it to the client.

📋 Agent Reminders

🔍 IDIcore first. Always do the skip trace before submitting the case.
📞 Phone format. Enter 10 digits only — no country code, no dashes.
🎯 Confidence score. Only submit cases above 70 — below that the SMS won't send.
⚰️ Deceased cases. Mark "Yes" and the system will send the right SMS to next of kin.
One submit per case. Don't submit the same case twice — check with your supervisor first.
