Submit within 3 hours. Documents must be uploaded no later than 3 hours after the client signs. Late submissions delay payment.
Double-check every page. Confirm all required fields are filled, initials are complete, and no pages are missing before scanning.
Scan in good lighting. Use CamScanner or iScanner. Avoid shadows and blur — every page must be fully legible.
Mail originals the same day. After uploading, mail the original signed documents via USPS and keep your tracking number.
Protect client privacy. Never share case details with third parties. Complete the Notary Code of Conduct before discussing any case.
Stay available. Remain reachable by phone or text with your agent until the appointment is confirmed complete.

When will I receive payment?
Payments are processed within 30–90 days depending on the case type. Most cases are resolved and paid within 30 days.
Do I need to send original documents?
Yes. Mail the originals and upload scanned copies here or send them by email.
What payment methods are accepted?
Direct deposit, paper check, or a secure payment link (Stripe, Square, and similar).
When must I submit everything?
All documents must be submitted within 3 hours of signing.
What if a client asks to reschedule?
