TCG DATAE — Work clock

TCG DATAE Work clock is an internal tool for staff of TCG Capital Group LLC DBA TCG DATAE. It keeps a staff member's work clock running while they work on the company's approved work sites, so that time spent outside the main panel is still counted toward their hours.

What the extension records

Two things, and nothing else:

• That a key was pressed, or that the mouse was moved or clicked.
• The domain name of the site where it happened, for example my.freshbooks.com.

This is sent to the company's own server so the person's work clock keeps running while they work outside the main panel.

What the extension does not record

Where it runs

Only on the work sites declared in the extension: tcgdatae.com, FreshBooks, RingCentral, fltreasurehunt.gov, myfloridacfo.com, Google Mail, Drive and Docs, IDIcore, TLO, TLOxp, Notary Cafe, Snapdocs, and ASN Notary. It does not run on any other website.

Where the data goes

To servers operated by TCG Capital Group LLC. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties. It is used for one purpose: calculating worked hours for payroll.

Who this is for

This extension is not intended for the general public. It is for staff and contractors of TCG DATAE who have been issued an account on the company panel. Without such an account the extension does nothing.

Removing it

Staff can remove the extension at any time from chrome://extensions. Removing it stops all reporting immediately.
