💡 Good to know

Send to several notaries for the same case — the first one to complete the NCC takes the job.
The notary receives the case details and a link to the Notary Code of Conduct (NCC); completing it confirms they accept.
The green ✅ means the text was sent. A red ❌ usually means that notary has no valid phone on file — just move on to the next one.
🌴 Florida DB = our 8,798 opt-in notaries. 🌎 Nationwide = live Google search for out-of-state cases (cold contacts — see the orange note before sending).
If a ZIP returns no results, try a nearby ZIP in the same area or widen the radius.
